  • Founder of the Agro Farm, a well-known personality of Satara Region.
  • Ex-Serviceman, retired from the Indian Army as Honorary Captain (5th Maratha Light Infantry) in 1982.
  • Rejected many lucrative offers and chose to stay in his native village for its development.
  • Started traditional farming and participated in many social activities at Village and Taluka level.
  • Founded an organization of Ex-Servicemen in the region.
  • Pioneer in the Renovation of Shree Bhairavnath Temple of the Village.
  • Has always been an inspiration and played a vital role in the company’s development over the years.

  • Engineering, Architecture, and Planning professional with over 30 years of experience.
  • Built the Captain Shankarrao Deshmukh Sports Academy (CSDSA) for sports and skill development.
  • Founder of companies such as CSDKU, UADS, and Urja Hospitality, offering employment to over 200 rural youth.
  • Aims to reduce the gap between Urban and Rural by promoting rural culture, games, and agriculture for urban populations.
  • Dreams of providing the best urban facilities to rural areas at their doorstep.

  • Graduated in Arts from Ferguson College, Pune.
  • Returned to his village to pursue his dream of organic agriculture and farming.
  • Transformed barren land into a well-known modern agro farm with multi activities.
  • Started dairy farming with two cows in 1997, growing to a 2000+ cow farm with modern techniques.
  • Founder Chairman and Managing Director of CSDKU Pvt. Ltd., spanning over 110+ acres.
  • Recognized for agricultural activities both nationally and internationally in 17 countries.
  • Dreams of providing employment to at least 1000+ locals.
